Before Your Dumpster Arrives

Clear the Drop Zone

Make sure the delivery area is free of vehicles, low-hanging branches, and power lines. Our truck needs about 60 feet of clear space to safely drop the container.

Never Overfill

Load debris level with the top of the container — nothing above the rim. Overloaded dumpsters cannot legally be transported and we will be unable to haul it until excess is removed.

Protect the Surface

Let us know if the dumpster will sit on pavers, asphalt, or a decorative driveway. We can place boards underneath to help protect the surface.

Important: Do Not Overfill

Debris must be flush with or below the top of the container. Overfilled dumpsters are illegal to transport — if your dumpster is overloaded on pickup day, we'll contact you and you'll need to remove the excess before we can haul it. This may result in a delayed pickup and additional fees.
